Auditing To Ensure Compliance

Koch companies are committed to assuring compliance with our Guiding Principles, Code of Conduct, the law and company policies. Periodic audits take place to determine if employees, agents and contractors are exhibiting ethical and legal behavior.

Koch companies, as part of their overall compliance program, have EH&S audit programs in place that seek to ensure they are in compliance today, and measure how well they are preparing for the future. These regular third-party audits evaluate facilities’ EH&S compliance efforts. Koch companies regularly conduct self-assessments to drive continuous improvement and promote sharing of best practices. Many EH&S audits also include a review of a company or site management system.
